Cream Horn (Trubochki) Recipe

Ingredients for Cream Horns (trubochki):
1 package (2 sheets)  Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry, thawed
Powdered Sugar

Ingredients for the Cream:
8 oz tub of cool whip
4 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk, optional – cream becomes sweeter with it and is more lemony (is that a word?) without it.
